In 1995, we started as a family-run business called R.A.S. Floor Machine Services that offered reliable janitorial services to northern Ohio clients. Today, we are still a family-run business, now called Jani-Lots L.L.C., and have grown into Ohio's leading janitorial equipment service and cleaning supplies company. Our company continues to grow, and we want to be your one-stop shop for all your janitorial supply needs.
SHIPPING: We ship only to U.S. customers and only through UPS or other common carriers. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges, including but not limited to lift gate service, residential service, or other services. Your purchase order will be shipped within one business day after we receive a cleared payment. Delivery time depends on your location, shipper, and inventory of both Jani-Lots and manufacturer. Used equipment will be shipped within three days.
DAMAGES / SHORTAGES: Jani-lots's responsibility ceases upon delivery to shipping companies. Please note discrepancies before signing for shipments. All orders shipped from jani-lots will be covered with the correct amount of insurance. jani-lots can assist you with making a claim for damaged goods. Please hold on to all packing materials and merchandise when a damage is discovered and contact jani-lots immediately to start the claim process. All refused orders will be charged a $10.00 handling fee plus shipping charges and fees.
ORDER TRACKING: We will personally notify you when your order has shipped and provide you with all the necessary tracking information.
BACK ORDERS: In the unlikely event that an item in your order is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will notify when to expect the remainder of your order. If you note "ship complete" we will hold all items until complete. shipping charges are applied to each part of order.
ORDERS: We accept only online orders. We require a $35 minimum order. Because we order directly from the manufacturer, orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Special orders, electronic parts, and fuel parts cannot be returned or refunded. We cannot ship to a P.O. box. We provide janitorial equipment lease plans through third party arrangements. Prices, terms, and policies subject to change without notice.
WARRANTIES: Manufacturer warranties apply to all new janitorial equipment. All used janitorial equipment is sold as is: no warranties expressed or implied.
RETURNS: First, within 7 days, obtain an authorization form and number from Jani-lots. Second, no later than 10 days after authorization, return item to Jani-Lots. NOTE: all returns must be in original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping. At Jani-Lots discretion, a 20% restocking fee may be charged. Equipment sent directly from manufacturer must be returned to manufacturer, unless Jani-Lots is the authorized warranty center (if unsure, please call Jani-Lots).
